AAD for NC (we now have one)
« on: June 07, 2012, 08:56:20 am »
Hey Al,
I’ve sent you a pm a few weeks ago with my e-mail address, but I haven’t seen anything from you. Not sure if it was blocked or what may have happened. So, I just wanted you to know that  I'm still interested but I need to know what all is involved before I commit (or should I say ... get committed).

I apologize for starting this thread, but I wasn’t sure if you were even getting my pm’s. We can have one of the site admins delete it later.

Al may be out riding, and on his way to the National.  If you are going to the rally pin him down there in person. Otherwise send him an email directly at: sead@cog-online.org

John, I've been on the road for the last couple of months, and am currently scurring to catch up on COG business such as the Concourier and SECOG Newsletter articles I need to write. I WILL get ahold of you soon, and glad to see there's still interest on your part. Please be patient for just a few days and we'll get together. We've got a great SE Leadership team that you could compliment by getting NC riders involved. I'd like to have a big ride/rally in your area next year.      Al

No problem as I know that you have been busy.

I'll send you an e-mail today (to the address that S Smith posted). So if you get one from someone with the name TC00592, that would be me.  :)

John, you beat me to the punch.  Thanks for joining the SE Leadership team, and your effort and enthusiasm on behalf of SECOG and NC is appreciated.  Please feel free to contact Tom Sills or Jim Culp for any help or advice on anything.  They are both very knowledgeable and capable guys,  I call them both friends, and they can help out with ideas  & details.  We'll be looking forward to you ramping up NC in the future.
Thanks again.  We now have all seven SE areas covered with involved and active AAD's.  Go team.        Al

Way to go, Al!  One can always get more done as part of a productive team, and you've done a great job of putting this together.  Looking forward to lots of good stuff (and great rides!) in the coming months.   :)
