« on: November 05, 2017, 01:33:33 pm »
All,

In preparation for the SE Spring Rally (Concours Carving the Cumberland Apr 26 - 29), we (Jim Culp + Cindy, Tom Stills + Jenny and I) are planning on taking the Calfkiller (http://www.calfkillerbeer.com) brewery tour in Sparta TN on Nov 18th @ 11am (Central Time). If anyone wants to join, let me know and will include you in our tour reservations, the tour is $5 per person.

Well crud.  Katie & would love to go, but our Boston based daughter is flying in that day for the week of Thanksgiving and we've got airport shuttle duty. Y'all have fun, but keep an eye on Tom... :beerchug:  (very appropriate emoji)... :'(

Tom will be supervised by his better half, no worries.

Sweet.  Got a kitchen pass so I can meet you all over there.  Now if the weather will cooperate.  I will have to make it up by taking SWMBO to Amber Falls & Keg Springs on Sunday.

She's a fair-weather rider.  Plus she has some office work to catch up on.  And she doesn't drink beer.  That last part is a character flaw but she leaves my ale alone.  LOL

Wet weather gear appears to be a necessity for this weekend jaunt. As a result, I may be going unsupervised....

Take the cage. You definitely require supervision. Cindy will have her hands full keeping me and Kurt in line.  :beerchug:

I've thought of taking the cage myself, but I really haven't ridden much this year.  I'll get the bike ready, then flip a coin.
