Riding to Horseshoe Rendezvous #5

So anyone riding or driving from Florida to the meet?
If so, when you heading out?
I'm riding the R1 as of now, so I was thinking of leaving April 17th.

Rico, we are leaving from Atlanta Wednesday afternoon, overnighting in Birmingham and rolling in to Cliffs on Thursday. We will be stabbing it the whole way.
If it's not fun, why do it?

Rico, Roman will be riding up from Miami. He plans to arrive here on Wednesday, ping him. SteveJ is also coming from down your way. Don't think he's riding though.

Most likely they'll be a couple more.

I'm thinking of no highway or little highway, and on the R1 I can do about 400 - 450 miles a day.

I have some stuff going on that may interfere but I plan on hitting the HMR coming back from southwest deserts in the Roadtrek with Versys(or KLR?) in tow.

I'll be heading to the SouthWest after this meet.
