Oh boy, production values back then...the music was just terrible, lol!

So what’s the connection between the GPz and the Concours? It looks like they just added shaft drive and saddlebags.

JimBob, I think you almost got it.
From what I think I know,
- Larger fairing & windshield
- Higher bars
- Shaft drive
- 90 ccs more
- Shaft drive
- Slightly small carbs
- Different cams for more low speed torque (but less HP)

The 1000 cc Ninja that followed the 900 may share even more parts.
I think it's very similar to what they did taking the ZX1400 to the C14.
