Colors are going to be black or red this year.

Limited number of early release

ZG1400CCF

Ebony/Flat super black
Candy Arabian Red/Flat Super Black

I'm told it is rich dark maroon like red with lots of flake in it.

$15,899 retail

No other significant changes mentioned
 
It looks like the difference in the Yen is starting to impact MSRP on a lot of bikes this year. I'm actually surprised the price only went up $300.
 
I was expecting price increases also. The value of the dollar has suffered. So it is not a surprise to me.

A few dealers can order 2012 bikes starting today, but there are a limited amount of 2012 bikes available for immediate order.

The CCF is just the Kawasaki designator for the 2012. If you look in the service manual, you'll see the model designations in the front section. For example, the 2010 was ZG1400CAF or DAF for the US and Canadian model bikes.

I suspect photos of it will show up on the Kawasaki web site in a week or so. I'm told it has a more maroon like shade to it.

Anybody else notice the wide range of colors it comes in in Japan? Man I wish we could get that selection here  :(

I agree.  Those black wheels look awesome.  It looks like there as been some other "Black Out" treatment also. Take a look at the mirrors, and the luggage rack.  I like this color a lot personally.  Too bad they didn't redesign the muffler:)
 
Seems like Kawasaki is just stuck on choosing really dark shades of whatever color they pick for the Concours. I wish they would go with some lighter shades/colors just once.

Dang why did I buy a 2011 Black one? This thing looks amazing. Anyone know how to convince the wife that this would be better than what I have?
