COG Info - has new sub items links to: Join / New COG Membership;  Renew COG Membership; Enter COGMOS Member Area; Edit / Update Member COGOS Data

Event Calendar - has new sub menu links to: Events by Month - Select Area;  Events by Date - All;  Events by Date - Next 30 Days.

 
updated forum version to 2.0.11
added new theme, and reset it to be the default.
updated mobile theme.
 
Theme choice function added. Accessed via the Profile > Preferences or at the bottom of any forum page using the "Default style" link.
 
Xenforo Addon software updates and testing JAN 20 - 23, completed JAN 23 2024.
Two custom Xenforo Addons were updated. The code updates affect very limited and specific features.
No other user facing feature have changed.
  1. Addon bug fixes to backend forum pseudo SSO bridge to the main COG authentication database. Forum access permissions based on membership, AND active vs lapsed membership is now correctly automated. The outcome is less time/effort required by Membership Officer, and fewer user issues being unable to post due to a renewal after a lapsed membership.

  2. Forum Username auto populated into COG Member Profile

  3. Limited user info auto populated into forum profile, to make new forum work like the one pre-2020
 
Xenforo has released a major revision and it is now available for use. COG IT will be evaluating the impact with our applied forum software add-ons over the next month or so, as time allows. We will post an announcement ahead of when the planned upgrade will occur. Thanks for your patience.
