Pair of risers with screws included.  No idea of brand.  1 3/8 inch rise.  $35 shipped.

Ari is going to look at a bike this weekend.  If he buys it and it doesn't have risers, then he'll take them.  We'll wait and see.  Good luck Ari! :)
