Hiding the "read me" notification .

I admit it is rather annoying. but that was the intent.:devilish:

Many users were not reading the fine print and causing themselves frustration and the volunteer worker bee's unnecessary work. Since the READ ME's were added the requests have dropped significantly.

At this time, two of the three notifications can be set to be hidden by clicking the X in the top right corner of the notification. The remaining one will be be given a few more days to annoy and then be allowed to be hidden.
