I need to add pegs. Can't seem find the recommended set up or combination of parts & pieces. Looking to keep it simple & mount to the bars. Suggestions? Anyone know the diameter of the bar?

This is what I have, best I can remember they came from J&P Cycle. The bar is 7/8".

Here's what i have, i think i used Rivco brackets. I did have to add a thin strip of rubber gasket material as the brackets were to large. Works great!

The best setup without being bulky is made by an individual named Ronnie Augostini (417-725-2432) I love them! Don't have a pic but he will give you his website to see. a brilliant set up!

Ronnies kit looks like this..

And yes i have highway pegs on my cages. I like having choices. I started with the ones on the cages, but an un repaired meniscus tear forced me to add ronnies. Knee is fixed and i use them both equally.

Its surprising how comfortble ronnies are for moving as little far forward as they are. By the way great customer service from ronnie!! But, as he will tell u, you have to be careful while coming to a stop. Its easy to catch ur pants on the way to putting ur foot down.

I have them and love them. I didn't put cages on because I didn't like the way it looked. You just have to make sure you lift your feet up off the pegs, I wear riding boots so I don't have that issue with pants getting caught.
