I think the POLICE decal might be a bit over the top.  It's just shy of
putting the yellow revolving light on top of your helmet...  I will say this,
conspicuity is definitely well addressed with this particular scheme.

Personally, I would go with something less "Policey", and a little more
"Civiliany".  Though it does make a really cool looking LEO bike.
