Is the COG Store Operational?

I put in an order about a month ago at the COG store and received a confirmation explaining that the order was processing. I sent a response message a couple weeks ago asking if the processing was in progress. There has been no communication and I have yet to receive my order.

Is the store still operating?

Please advise.

Yes, however I heard there was a glitch that prevented the Merchandise Officer from receiving the order emails. This has been remedied and orders should be in process. Best thing to do is send an email to: merchandise@concours.org
