I am planning on a Oregon In state Saddle-Sore 1000 July 22, 2008. Start and Stop is Winston, Oregon. (Before the NWCOG Regional) The route is all State and US highways NO INTERSTATES! Winston/Coos Bay/Newport/Prineville/Vail/Burns/Bend/ Diamond Lake Jct/Winston. 1030 miles. No leg longer than 200 miles before a stop. Most shorter than that. Anyone interested in joining us and making the attempt to get a ride certified as an Iron Butt event please email me off the forum.
