Trophy Points - Awarded for different categories such as number of posts, reactions, etc. Click on the digit to see which ones you have been awarded.

I guessing that no one really knows how you get them, and then what they are for. Hence the no serious responses. I'm pretty sure COG has not actually set them up for anything yet. That would mean any current "Trophy" points come from some default setting with the app at this time. So I looked it up

Trophies​


Trophies add a light gamification element to your forum. They allow you to define certain thresholds and criteria for when a user is awarded a trophy and the associated points. The top trophy point earners are then displayed in the notable members list.
