Politie (police) C14 at Brussels Motor Show

I haven't followed the forum for the C14 that closely so forgive me if these are old hat. I was at the Brussels Motor show (Bikes and cars) on Saturday 16 Jan and came across this police version of the C14 at the Kawasaki booth. Hadn't heard they were doing one. Should be a fine replacement for the old KZ1300. Thought you all might like to see. (Hope the pics turn out).

Actually MCN magazine has an article about the C14 Police bike in this months issue. A Company called Beaudry Motors did all of the C14 development to turn it into a police bike and worked with Kawasaki to factory certify it. The article also states that the Idaho State Police have already taken delivery of C14 police bikes and its possible that the CHP will replace their fleet of BMWs with the C14 as well. Kevin

I wonder if that neat trunk/single rider seat arrangement will be available to the general public. It reminds me of the Honda CX500 SilverWing, which I really liked back in the 1980's.
