I had mentioned these in an unrelated thread — and then forgot to post them. I've not found a reference to these so far. Any idea what they would have been for? Is my bike missing something it should have on it? (other than the odd bolt or three)

For the curious, those are stainless steel screws with stainless washers and the original black rubber washers on the farings. (also on windshield) I was going for a different look when I put the middle and lower pieces back on the bike.
