Service Manual Torque questions

Page 2-47 of the service manual lists "Axle Bracket Locknuts" and "Uni-Trak Link Nuts".  I can't find them listed else where or a torque value.

Page 11-4, Final Drive Exploded view I think has the bolt numbers 11 and 12 reversed. 

Getting ready to do the 7500 service and I like to have everything figured out before starting.  Thanks  Rick
