If you are looking for an excuse to get out and brave the cool weather of winter, then this is your excuse. The Conecuh Sausage Company in Evergreen Alabama has been producing their tasting smoked products since 1947 and we are looking at stopping by there on the 21st of February at 11am. Bring a cooler to take some tasty smoked meat home!

Dining at the Conecuh Sausage Company is outside, so if the weather is looking to be especially chilly, we will roll across the street to The Shack and have lunch there.

When: 11am on 21 Feb 2025
Where: 200 Industrial Park Rd, Evergreen, Alabama

I can’t make it , but I want to go in the wurst way!!! Please do this one again!

I put an order in for some warmer weather so I hope Mother Nature cooperates, and we shall see what Punxsutawney Phil has to say here shortly.

Hey Everyone -

The Wurst RTE is posted to the COG Event Calendar and is open for registration.
There are no fees to attend, but I'm sure Randy would appreciate knowing how many people to plan for. For additional information, and to register online, please follow the link: https://concours.org/event-6546554

TCARS!

Hey
Great meet up and even better food. Everyone who registered for the RTE showed up. All 2 of us. Still, got to eat somewhere I haven't been to before and got to Do some bench side riding. All n all, enjoyed the ride up, lunch, and ride back. Thanks again, (hope I don't screw this up) Randy. See you at the next one.

It was a good time and the weather was nearly perfect after the morning warmed up. Rick and I covered down on some bench racing and long ride stories to accompany the tasty sausages. A good time and we had 100% attendance by all registered!

I also rode some new roads in southern Alabama and added a couple country roadside stands to my routes that brought some tasty strawberry jalapeño jam to the table this morning. The farm eggs that accompanied the jam were pretty tasty too!

Don't always take the fastest route to get to your destination as there are SO MANY great roads hidden just a turn or two away.
