Tire recommendations

ZUOOME

Tricycle
I've had my C10 about 8 months now and need to put some fresh tires on.
I've read through the tire threads and all are pretty old... any recommendations on all round tires and best place to get them?  I don't ride in the rain much and performance is more important than durability.
Thank you!!

I just recently mounted the often recommended Shinko 777 rear and PR3 front and I can't complain.  I've tried to break the rear loose in the wet and it has stuck well.  My old Dunlop would fish tail all over the road.

My only issue is that the PR3 makes a little more noise on newly paved asphalt that hasn't gotten shiny yet.  If it is an older road that doesn't have the prominent rocks sticking up then all is good.

Against my better judgement, I will weigh in to dreaded "tire thread"

I had a Skinko 777 rear as well, and I also like it a lot.

I can only offer that I have a matched GW size Shinko 890 Journey set, and I don't like it.  I have had a few wet traction issues with these tires, so I will be tryign something differnt next time.

Are you currently running bias or radial tires ? If bias tires are your choice I can recommend the Avon AM-26's.
They are available in the stock sizes. The Shinko tires are becoming very popular recently as well.
