What is this luggage rack?

My '01 project came with this luggage rack. Not being compatible with the Givi outfit I typically use, I'd be thinking of posting it for sale.
But I have no idea what it is or what it might be worth, so suggestions welcome.

Their pretty scarce anymore.

That luggage rack is on my 2000 ZG 1000 Kawasaki, it came on it when it was new really nice rack. I just bought a stainless steel bolt kit from Murph that he had laying around. I think he has one more kit.

It's shocking to me that this is still available . I bought mine as soon as I saw it available . So hard to find now .
