That appears to be a MonoKey base not a MonoLock base.

Yup, I sent him a PM explaining that along with an offer to buy it anyways as I can buy an adapter kit to make it a MonoLock.
Whats tje difference between mono lock and mono key... enquiring minds wanna know?
I was going to try and describe the difference between the two and ended up finding a good article about it.

Fasterthanyou; here is a Monolock Universal Fit Kit/plate.
It is not the Kit that was attached to Phils better Monolock Plates.
The Universal works but it raises the Trunk and flexes a bit.
The Kit used to be hard to find.
ie; I had to order the Kit I have from Australia to get mine.
Later Phil used to sale the Kits.
You can see it in the first Photo you posted.
Before you buy the Universal Fit kit/plate I suggest looking for the metal Kit.
NOTE: I've been looking but have been unsuccessful.
Hopefully someone can find one you can purchase.
