Would there be any difference between one from Canada and the U.S. variety. There was one on ebay at decent price thou shipping a little high, i thought. I would have
liked to get it just to have a backup but wasnt sure it was compatible.

Should be the same - there are two different part numbers - 1993 was the dividing year but both work the same. I'm sure US/Canada are the same. https://www.bucksporttouring.com/junction-box-versions.html You can get yours rebuilt - not sure what getting it across the border would cost you though.

Ya shipping was almost equal to item price but still cheaper than most I have seen on Ebay, thx
