Seriously, loading a heavy bike on a truck with a ramp is not an easy thing to do. As you can see in those vids, even having spotters does not guarantee success. If you go too slow you lose too much speed and woble. Go to fast and you hit the truck. If you have enough people to help you can push it up with the motor off. The one guy in the vid who did it alone, he was prepared with some steps to walk up into the truck, but that was a much smaller bike.
