Front Accessory Leads

Does anyone know where the front accessory leads are?  I know what it says in the manual but what do you need to remove to get there?

G,
  All I had to remove on my 2010 was the glove box and the black cover
that surrounds it.  The ACC leads are at the extreme left side of that opening.
