How do I pay a registration fee with my positive balance?

Last year I registered for an event and things glitched when it came time to pay, so I went through the process again. Long story shortened, I ended up paying twice. I now have a $36 balance on the books, and I would like to use it to pay a registration fee. The payment page doesn't seem to have the option of using this money. How do I accomplish this task?

Thanks, Wayne. I appreciate you volunteering your time to drive the bus for us. While I have your attention, I have another question. What can I do to get a newsletter sent out to the NW area members? Ten years and a different software platform ago I was able to log in to a restricted area of COGMOS and get a list of email addresses for members from a report and send out our newsletter to them. Ten years later is there a way for me to do that as an AAD, or would I have to provide a copy of the newsletter to someone else who could create that list and send it out? Any advice and direction on how to get this accomplished is appreciated, and thanks for taking time out of your day to make a difference for COG.

Please coordinate with your AD to get a regional letter circulated.

@rufusoregon see below request to review a message for the email scheduler.

And just like that, Wayne pulled magic rabbits out of his helmet and fixed everything. Thanks!

Charlie, glad to hear that all issues have been resolved.

To be clear, my role was simply connecting the dots. This was a team effort, from the COG members to the leadership, we have an exceptional group.

On that note, I want to express my gratitude for your work to kickstart the NW area periodic newsletter. Showcasing the great riding, members, events, and communicating opportunities to bring us together is quite valuable!

Thank You,
Wayne
