Mini Bike
My son & I took an Unofficial "Iron Butt" ride to North Carolina from my home in Maryland. (1000 miles round trip in 19 hours) On the return trip we stopped along I95 in Virginia for fuel. My boot slipped on gas/oil on the concrete in front of the gas pump and Connie fell into the gas pump. The impact broke my Cee Bailey windshield off diagonally from lower left to upper right. To make matters worse it was night time and I forgot to bring a clear face shield with me. Not being able to clearly see out of my tinted one I spent most of the three hour ride after that tucked in behind what was left of the windshield. I now try to always store my extra helmet visors on the bike, instead of in the house. I don't have my COG number yet, I just joined. My Connie is a C10. I had to replace the Cee Bailey with a new one. I wasn't physically hurt. But having to have "strangers" help me right the bike was terrible. I figure a CDA number posted on Connie will help my ego a bit :)
