After removing handlebar weight and old grip I can’t figure out how to remove the brass male fitting off the end.

Can’t seem to find in manual, but pain on iPhone and no shop manual.

Thanks

Bought it in June 2021 from a dealership so didn’t know if it had a throttle lock.

That’s what I have when took throttle side bar weight off.

Thanks

Thanks. Didn’t know I had it. Will look to see how to remove. Thanks gixerhp

If I remember correctly there should be an allen bolt inside the handle bar. Tightening it increases outward pressure to hold the throttle lock in place, while loosening it decreases the outward pressure allowing you to remove the throttle lock.

Shining a light inside the handlebar end should reveal an allen bolt.
