I am a newbie on the COG and newbie Concours owner; so I very appreciative of the discussions about the C-14 on this site.  Based on some of these posts, I have ordered the Murph's Bar Riser and the Cee Bailey windshield.  I also appreciated discussions on after market seats. 

I have a Russell seat on my Goldwing and think I will stick with the Russell.  It has been a delight as were the employees at Russell. 
 
Welcome to the forum GV,  We are glad to be helpful.  Stick around and learn everything you can then consider joining the club to get the rest of what we offer.  After a while you will be making the posts and rides that everyone else is thankful for.
 
Welcome GV! Yes you can learn a lot form the forum. There is also a search feature that you can try to look up old threads on topics by trying different key words. But people are normally willing to help if you have a question!
 
Concerning the bar risers from Murphs, when I first got my bike, I couldn't ride it for 20 without my hands nearly giving out. After installing the risers, I can ride all day. And the 'Throttle Boss' helps a lot too.
