Tire reads exactly and in this order : DOT HBCX  0003X    2015

The 0003X part is confusing me. Some say the date code is directly adjacent to the DOT code.

My best guess is that the tire is 20th week of 2015, which doesn't exactly float my stale date boat, but...

The tire is an 18" Michelin PR3. I suppose the relative rarity of 18" tires can = KSOD - Kinda Stale On Delivery.
