Sorry no can do, "rocks too hot and getting smaller all the time". As you know Reta & I had planned on some "us time" post family event but that didn't pan out.  Reta's short handed at the hospital and will be working that weekend "on call", as I recall.  I've got too many "adventures in real estate" going on as some tenant's are moving out and others moving in at the end of the month plus two acquisitions are due to close.  Light a candle and say a couple of Hail Mary's that they'll close by the end of the month...escrows can be so convoluted.

As it stands I was lucky to get 3 days to go play up in the forest.  I'm still holding you to that "Help Wanted" ad and your expertise in Sherpa...ing.  Wagon trail awaits in the Coconino Forest.

Reta's and my best to everyone attending the rally.  Be safe and enjoy the "other" Arizona.
